Join me, Francesco, and host Françoise Pierantozzi in Alba Adriatica, Abruzzo, Italy, renowned for its breathtaking sunrises. 


Begin your day with a 90-minute yoga class followed by a continental breakfast. Relax by the pool or sunbathe at the nearby Adriatic Sea beach during your free time. In the late afternoon, enjoy a 75-minute yoga session and witness stunning sunsets over the hills. Evenings are spent at the elegant, traditional taverna-style restaurant, indulging in a delicious dinner with a variety of vegetarian and fish food choices.


For those who enjoy wine; the restaurant offers a great selection of Italian wines.
